The F78MP radar level sensor has a measuring range up to 100m (328ft), and operates at 78Ghz with a 4degree beam angle, making this the ideal solution for providing reliable and consistently accurate level measurement results for bulk solids. The latest radar level sensor from Bindicator unlocks non-contact level measurement for applications that previously required other technologies, such as dusty silo’s, bins, or tanks with cross beams.


F78MP Non-Contact Radar Level Sensor. How it works?

The Bindicator F78MP measures the level of bulk materials in a bin, silo or tank by monitoring the time it takes for an emitted 78Ghz radar pulse to travel from the level sensor to the material being measured and back to the sensor again. The measured time is then calculated into distance, thus giving an accurate and reliable level measurement.
