Product Description

Nivelco’s NivoCont K is a cost effective conductivity level switch for point level detection of liquids with a conductivity greater than 10μS/cm. The NivoCont K conductivity level switch comes in a separated probe and relay unit for ease of maintenance and maximum compatibility with a wide range of applications (optional integrated electronics available, please see brochure). The stainless steel probes come in 1m lengths with joiners to enable complete customisation for your application, with lengths extendable up to 3m and multiple switching points (dependent on selected electronics, please see brochure). These conductive level switches feature adjustable sensitivity, adjustable time delay and include stainless steel wetted parts to ensure maximum compatibility, all in a cost effective package.

The NivoCont K Conductivity Level Switch is perfect for determining the presence or absence of a conductive liquid at a specified point. Probes are immersed into a liquid with a conductivity greater than 10μS/cm, and serve as contacts of an electric circuit. A maximum of four separate rods/probes can fit in the probe holder, with an additional reference probe if the tank wall is non-conductive. Filling or emptying the tank will change the electrical conductivity between the tank wall (or the reference probe) and the probes, which is then converted by the remote electronics and will activate a relay output.
