Product Description

Nivelco’s NivoRota Rotary Paddle Level Switch is a reliable level switch used for point level detection of lumpy or powdery materials and granules. The NivoRota can be mounted to tanks silo’s and hoppers with side mounting for low-medium level detection or top mounting options for high level and overfill control, allowing you to effectively control levels in your storage vessels. This reliable yet cost-effective level switch uses a tried and tested sensing technique for point level detection, suitable for the majority of bulk-solids materials such as, sand, coal, feed, grain, fly ash and much more!

The latest NivoRota series of rotary paddle level switches provide you with all the features you have come to expect from Nivelco’s NivoRota series, and now comes with Dust EX versions for use in hazardous enviornments (ATEX Certification, IECEx currently unavailable).

The NivoRota rotary paddle switch uses a low power electric motor to drive a paddle that rotates freely in the absence of bulk-solids material. If the material impedes the rotary paddle, the output switch is triggered and the motor is switched to increase the longevity of your level switch. Once the material level drops again, the motor resumes operation and the switch returns to its original state. The NivoRota is available with multiple different paddles, different power supplies and process connections to ensure you have a rotary paddle switch suited to your application!
